Parents and tutors must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

3. Leads & Subscriptions
Tutors purchase lead-based subscription plans to unlock parent contact details for posted tuition requirements. Once a contact is unlocked, the lead is consumed and is non-transferable.

4. Verification
We make reasonable efforts to verify tutor profiles, but parents are responsible for their own due diligence (references, trial classes, ID checks) before engaging a tutor.

5. Study Materials Marketplace
Listings for old books/materials are between buyers and sellers directly. Your Home Tutor is not responsible for the condition, delivery, or payment of items exchanged through the marketplace.

6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the platform for spam, harassment, fraudulent listings, or to circumvent our lead/subscription system.

7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
